HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER I’VE ALREADY PLACED?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us soon as possible. Depending on demand, we can't guarantee these requests, but we promise to try our hardest. We are only be able to change or cancel your order if your request is answered before your order is processed. Be sure to include your order number and details about the changes you need made, such as color, size, shirt design, etc.

WILL I BE CHARGED TAXES UPON RECEIVING MY PACKAGE?

6.25% sales tax will be added (excluding exempt items) to the invoices of Massachusetts residents.

Customers located outside of USA may need to pay import charges upon receiving goods. Aribella Collection, Inc. does not have any control over these charges. Customs policies and import duties vary widely depending on the country. Please contact your local customs office for information specific to your country.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No returns or refunds. By purchasing from Aribella Collection Inc., you certify that you have read, understand, accept, & agree to the sale terms & conditions.

WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with a link to the tracking info once your order is ready to be shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

In stock items will ship within one business day. Standard shipping will be via USPS First Class Package, which usually takes three to five days. Upgrade shipping options are USPS Priority Mail, which usually takes two to three days, and USPS Express Mail one to two day delivery (only shipment method offered by USPS that offers a guarantee).

All t-shirts/bodysuits are made to order and will be shipped out within one to two business days. 

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We are shipping only to the United States at this time.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, JCB, Diners Club, and Venmo.
